Our mission is to empower underserved children, teachers, and families through mindfulness and other transformative. By committing to daily meditation for the month of september, you can learn how to ground in the present moment in order to reconnect with yourself with compassion, creativity, and resilience. Coaching and workshops integrate scientifically proven practices, psychology, mindfulness and creativity to support individuals and organisations in learning how to harness the power.
