I Ve Been Depressed My Whole Life. I don’t mean that i’ve neve r been happy or that i’m not grateful, just that due to various circumstances, i haven’t had the energy or vitality of a normal person. Not wanting death itself but wanting death as a means to end the pain.

My obsessive reviewing of my constantly warping appearance, seeing that my teeth are getting. I feel so selfish about it too, i’ve been on vacation with my family and i’m about to go on vacation again. Ten years of constant anxiety and depression, i can't imagine the pain you must be going through having lived through this your whole life.

My parents have no way to show affection towards me and that is the root of my depression. And i didn't even realize it was something that i had to deal with until it was later on when i had the right people around me to kind of see that i was struggling with it and then. I have a guy that loves me more than anything in the world. Oftentimes when we’ve experienced depression or anxiety our whole lives, we begin to see them as traits or immovable aspects of our personalities.
